As our panel shows, the housing in the Trumpington Meadows part of the village is still being built, but the hares in the nearby fields are flourishing,

This western part of the development includes 1200 houses & flats, a primary school and neighbourhood shopping centre. The housing is being built by Barrett Homes. Many of the roads are named after cereals and vegetables developed by the PBI on the land now being used for housing.

Some of Trumpington Meadows lies outside the city boundary, and so a new parish has been created to serve the people living there.
